 The track comes as "Bi-Part" (opens from center) out of the box, but can also be set to to open "Single Panel" full pull curtains from either the left, or right. The 10 foot Span has a 55 pound capacity and the 20' Span has a 110 pound capacity - suitable for both residential & commercial applications. Utilizes top of the line “Roller Carriers” instead of “Sliding Carriers” and the roller carrier width is 1/2". Fully Remote Control operated, includes remote, can be programmed into your own IR smart remote and also includes manual switch and power outage manual override. |

CineCurtain™ Custom Home Theater, Media Room and Commercial Curtains
For over 160 years, Set Designers, Art Directors, Special Event and Exhibit Designers have trusted our sewing vendor to provide a diverse offering of unique fabrics tested to meet stringent flame-resistant codes to accommodate their designs and conceptual ideas. CineCurtain™'s superb theatrical sewing vendor demonstrates the unique ability for creating high quality, one-of-a-kind draperies, backdrops and fabric environments for permanent installations and one-off shows and events. They are defined by the quality of the fabrics, workmanship and setting rigorous production standards so your order is professionally handled on time, on spec and on budget.
Our curtains are made from lightweight, permanently flame resistant velvet with a suede-like appearance, offered in a large selection of colors. They are ideal for home theater applications and in addition to our standard weight, we also have lined light blocking curtains available, with moderate acoustical dampening properties, at an additional cost. Our standard home theater curtains feature 100 % fullness, 4 inch box pleats, sewn In drapery hooks every 6 inches on center, 3 inch webbing and clean side and bottom hems, or they can be custom made to your individual specifications.
Recommended options include a stationary "valance" curtain at the top to cover the track when open and create an upper frame. Also consider a "return", which is an added bit of material at the end of a curtain panel that makes a 90 degree turn to the wall for that last finishing touch and for better light blockage.

- Double-Sided Standard - double-sided presentation with minimal sound & light blockage
We have 4 types of Acoustical/Blackout Home Theater Curtains to choose from:

- Single Acoustic - finished hems on one side only - minimal sound and good light blockage
- Single Lined Acoustic - one-sided with cloth liner on back - better sound & great light blockage
- Double-Sided Acoustic - double-sided for "room dividers" - good sound and great light blockage
- 3-Pass Foam Liner - For superior light blocking and our best acoustical performance, our "3-Pass Foam Liner" curtains feature 2 cloth liners sandwiching an inner foam liner panel
Our Standard Curtain Specifications:
- Width: virtually any curtain width is available
- Height: up to 9' - call us about heights greater than 9'
- Fullness = We recommend and use 100% Fullness (fabric used is twice the overall curtain width, so the pleats have a wonderful draping effect). For even more luxurious draping effect, we can also make 200% and 300% fullness curtains, but the cost goes up substantially. To save money, we can make 50% fullness, but these curtains do not have the full pleat effect.
- Pleats: 4 inch Box Pleats are Standard - contact us for other options
- Hemming: 4 inch Finished Bottom Hem, 2 inch Finished Side Hem
- Webbing: 3 inch Jute Webbing
- Hooks: Hook and Loop included every every 4 inches on Center - contact us for other options
- Stack-Back: for a 2-panel Bi-Part center pull curtain, allow a minimum of 15% "stack-back" area on each side when curtain is open and for a single full-pull curtain, allow a minimum of 30% "stack-back" area on one side when the curtain is open - contact us for specific stack-back on each curtain type.
- Fabric Type: Synthetic Velvet
Standard Fabric: Royal Velvet is 7.75 oz. 100% Polyester Synthetic Velvet
Standard Fabric: Venetian Velvet is 8.5 oz. 100% Polyester Synthetic Velvet
Royal is semi-gloss with a slight texture to it, while Venetian is a heavier flat finish with no texture
Acoustic Fabric: Milano Velvet is 16 oz. 100% Polyester Synthetic Velvet
Acoustic Fabric: DaVinci Velvet is 22 oz. 100% Polyester Synthetic Velvet
Acoustic Fabrics are all a heavier flat finish with no texture - Fabric Content: 100% Polyester
- Fire Spec: PFR (Permanently Fire Resistant)
- Fire Rating: Meets NFPA 701 Small Scale
