As there are personal options selected for our custom manufactured products, reselling items made to an individuals own specifications can be very difficult, if not virtually impossible. Therefore, we have a strict policy of no returns for refund, or exchange, on all of our custom manufactured products. This is a standard policy for virtually all custom manufactured products that we know of and by purchasing a custom product from CinemaShop.com, you are agreeing to abide by this policy.
